Dr. Lamont Repollet

Dr. Lamont Repollet is the Superintendent of Asbury Park Public Schools. For 10 years prior he served as Principal of Carteret High School in Carteret, New Jersey.  A motivator and leader in the educational reform movement in the State of New Jersey, he has developed a number of partnerships with parents, businesses and local leaders designed to bring about organizational reform within the district with his school vision and leadership.  Dr. Repollet for the past 18 years as an educator has been gaining valuable work and personal experience as a member of the New Jersey Principal Supervisors Association (NJPSA), president of the local NJPSA-CEA, restructuring and redesigning Carteret high school for the 21st Century, grant writing, and by serving on the Governor’s appointed Kean University Board of Trustees and the Far Hills Country Day School Board of Trustees. Dr. Lamont Repollet is the Superintendent of Asbury Park Public Schools. His schools have earned a reputation of “decreasing the achievement gap in education amongst economically disadvantaged students and non-economically disadvantaged students” which has garnered national recognition (2006 Standard & Poor’s SchoolMatters: NCLB recognition and 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014 US News and World Report Bronze Medal).

Dr. Repollet received his Bachelor of Arts in communication from The College of New Jersey, a Masters of Arts in Educational Administration from Kean University, and Doctorate in Education from Nova South Eastern University.

Colin Sillaman

Colin Sillaman is a seasoned I.T. professional with over 20+ years of experience. He started his career working for Microsoft Australia, was promoted to the Microsoft Institute for Microsoft Region travelled Asia extensively for the Microsoft dealing with Premier Partners and presenting the latest ground breaking technology to large audiences. He has been a speaker at the Microsoft Global Summit, Product Launches for consumers, Developer Conferences – Tech Ed. and was the Managing Director’s Employee of the Month in Microsoft Sydney.Colin Sillaman is a seasoned I.T. professional with over 20+ years of experience. He started his career working for Microsoft Australia, was promoted to the Microsoft Institute for Microsoft Region travelled Asia extensively for the Microsoft dealing with Premier Partners and presenting the latest ground breaking technology to large audiences. He has been a speaker at the Microsoft Global Summit, Product Launches for consumers, Developer Conferences – Tech Ed. and was the Managing Director’s Employee of the Month in Microsoft Sydney.

He left Microsoft and was immediately singled out as a “Mover and Shaker” in the Sydney Morning Herald; shortly after he designed the Database infrastructure for the Victorian Electoral Commission spanning 55 SQL Servers delivering the State Election live.

Was recruited by Microsoft Region again lived in Asia and started YSMOS (Your Success Means our Success) in Malaysia during that time worked with the Malaysian Electoral Commission, Western Digital and Toyota.

He moved to the United States in 2002 established YSMOS in the USA and spent years traveling back and forth between Asia and the US running the offshore and onshore business.

He sold the Malaysian operation in 2006 and moved into consulting and has since then worked as an IT Consultant, was immediately recognized as the CEO’s outstanding employee of the quarter at Alliance Global Services. He then moved into other roles as an Architect and Developer on projects for CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia), Sears Rebates, Merrill Lynch, Reed Technologies where he received an award for outstanding contribution to the project’s success, Blue Cross Blue Shield, West Pharmaceuticals and DST Health and Bank of America.
His roles have varied from Architect to Development, to Business Analyst to Project Management – often combining one of more in a single engagement.

Cole is unique in his experience bringing to the table years of development and managerial expertise, he is completely hands-on – technically coding solutions from the ground up, has a complete understanding of business and business accruement.

 

World Languages

Dr. James Clark

Dr. James Clark is a well-respected, seasoned Educator with over 40 years experience in the field. He has a stellar reputation in both High School and College level instruction. Dr. Clark has earned a M.A. in Asian Studies and the Chinese Language as well as his Ed.D.in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education. He wrote a dissertation comparing Confucian and Maoist education theory and has taught the Social Sciences including United States History, World History as well as European, African, & Chinese History and Culture.

He is a preeminent Language Instructor having taught Chinese Language (spoken and written) on the high school and college levels. Dr. Clark has also written courses of study for Chinese on the high school and college level. He is adept at a variety of teaching strategies such as cooperative learning, project learning (student initiated) and student metacognition. Dr. Clark has also served as cooperating teacher/trainer for several teacher candidates.

Pamela Duda has worked as a senior level consultant, she has led, managed, mentored and coached teams and individuals to achieve award-winning outcomes.

With over 20 years corporate experience and core competencies in finance, project management, personnel performance and development skills, problem solving and effective communication, Pam has helped clients accelerate their success and produce more satisfying results in their lives.

Pam holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson, with a specialization in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Studies and a B.S. in Finance from Rider University. Pam also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from the Professional Management Institute (PMI).  Pam is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the world-renowned Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC).  She also is certified to conduct the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) attitudinal assessment along with the DiSC communication behavioral profile assessment.   In addition, she is affiliated with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), NJ Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and BW NICE (Business Women Networking Involved in Charity and Education).
